Every month we will be featuring a new cookie flavour. Each flavour was inspired by consumer feedback and will be an ongoing process here at Sweet Flour.

The monthly flavours are available all week long and for take-out orders.

For the month of March we are featuring; Oatmeal, coconut, semi-sweet chocolate chunks and almonds.

We would love to hear feedback and any ideas for future flavours!

New Freshly Baked Granola to Go

We launched 4 new 1/2 pound granola varieties today. Each comes in a resealable bag, loaded with great ingredients. As always, no transfats, preservatives or artificial anythings. We think it makes a great on-the-go snack for yourself or to share with friends. Each starts with our freshly baked, house made granola (toasted rolled oats, almonds and walnuts) and have their own unique mix-ins:

Nuts About You — pecans & pistachios
Trail- Mix – dark choc, raisins and peanut butter chips
Up the Anti (oxidant) blueberries and cranberries
Power It Up — sunflower seeds, blueberries & raisins

Just like our cookies and muffin tops, if these don’t work for you, you can have it “Just the Way You Like It” and choose from over 25 mix-ins for your personalized granola variety. Stop by and try them today

Just in time for Christmas, we have introduced our new gingerbread men -in full and mini-sizes. Nothing says the holidays like classic gingerbread cookies. These delicious gingerbread are hand decorated and make a great gift or stocking stuffer. Stop by the store to try them out or order online.

Our Newest Addition – Gluten Free Cookies

Since opening, we have had lots of requests for gluten free cookies. Our bakers have been working overtime to make a great-tasting cookie we were proud to put the Sweet Flour name on. Come try our two delicious gluten free options — chocolate chunk and peanut butter cookies. The early feedback has been good – but let us know what you think.
