At Sweet Flour, we think fitness, cookies, and fun belong together, so we’re partnering up with Think Fitness Studio, the place that inspired our now famous Fitness Cookie (also fondly referred to as the Oatmeal Blueberry Almond Dark Chocolate TASTE OF HEAVEN!) From May 2nd to May 8th, we’re joining with our Bloor West neighbours to help “Jump Start Your Morning” with a special contest. Simply go to their Facebook page and post your favourite type of workout on their wall, and you’ll have a chance to win a free morning exercise class, ranging from Yoga Fusion to Stroller Fit to Athletic Strength and Conditioning. We will be celebrating dad’s on Sunday, June 21^th with a FREE cookie for all dads (frankly, our dads insisted on free cookies, so we decided yours should get one too). Bring your dad or grandpa into the store and he will get one of our gourmet grab and go cookies free.
