Today was a big day for our hearty Fitness Cookie and oh-so-delicious muffin tops — they were shown off on Breakfast Television, thanks to Samantha Speisman, the Sweet Fit editor of a great website called Sweet Spot (the perfect fit for Sweet Flour!) They looked great on TV, but they taste even better. Check us out on BT and then check us out in person by taking a trip to our West end bake shop!
