Palavi and Amol have been part of the Sweet Flour story since the earliest days of its creation; even helping in the original naming efforts. When they had the chance to visit family in Toronto they made sure to include a trek out to Bloor West to see the store in living color. The two tried an assortment of cookies and muffin tops. They were challenged to pick just two mix-ins (with over 15,000 combos, its not easy) and enjoyed chocolate chunks, nuts and of course salted caramel. Next to seeing the Steelers and Penguins win a championship, Amol felt that a fresh baked cookie out of the oven made for one of his favourite memories of the year.
