Sweet Rewards FAQ

  • What is the Sweet Rewards Program?
    The Sweet Rewards Program (the “Sweet Rewards Program” or the “Program” and the rules set forth herein and in the Sweet Rewards Terms and Conditions, the “Program Rules”) is our free rewards program that lets you earn Sweet Rewards points (“Points”) on all your product purchases at www.sweetflour.ca and redeem Points for rewards ("Sweet Rewards"). 
  • What are Sweet Rewards?
    Sweet Rewards are discounts or products that can be redeemed in exchange for the corresponding number of accrued Points from your Sweet Rewards Account. Sweet Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value (unless required by law) and cannot be exchanged, sold or returned. Sweet Flour is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged rewards. Sweet Flour is not responsible for any taxes incurred by clients or guests. Some Sweet Rewards may only be available for a limited time.  Sweet Rewards are subject to change, alteration, substitution, or termination by Sweet Flour in its sole discretion at any time.   • How do I earn Sweet Rewards Points?
    For every dollar you spend on Sweet Flour products online at www.sweetflour.ca, you receive 1 Point when you check out with the email address that is registered to your Sweet Rewards account (“Sweet Rewards Account”). The Points will be applied to your Sweet Rewards Account upon purchase. We also offer Points for the following events:
      • 100 Points when you move up a tier
      • 50 Points when you follow us on Instagram
      • 10 Points when you sign up for the newsletter with the email address that is registered to your Sweet Rewards Account
      • 25 Points when you refer a friend and they spend $35 or more on product in one transaction
      • We also offer bonus Points events
  • How do I redeem Rewards?
    Once you have logged into your online Sweet Rewards Account, you will be able to redeem a Sweet Reward and select the Sweet Reward to redeem. Certain Sweet Rewards are only available for select loyalty statuses.
  • Where can I go to find all of my Sweet Rewards Account information?
    Your Sweet Rewards page is your destination for everything Sweet Rewards related. You can view your year-to-date activity and your current Points balance, redeem Points for Rewards and learn about your Sweet Rewards benefits. 
  • What types of product count for collecting Sweet Rewards Points?
    The value of "product" for purposes of collecting Points includes all products sold on sweetflour.ca (only if you use your registered Sweet Rewards email address for your order), but DOES NOT INCLUDE MULTIPLE RECIPIENT ORDERS, taxes and/or shipping or delivery fees. Customers will not earn Points if they make a payment using an e-gift card. Visit the Sweet Rewards Terms and Conditions page to view full Program Rules.
  • What happens to my Points when I cancel an order?
    When an order that was purchased using your Sweet Rewards Account is canceled, the Points earned from that purchase will be removed from your Sweet Rewards Account and your method of payment will be refunded. It is possible your Sweet Rewards Account could have a negative balance after an order is canceled. Sweet Rewards Account orders may not be canceled after shipment.
  • What happens to my Points when I return items?
    We do not offer returns at this time.
  • Can I transfer points from one account to another?
    No, we are unable to transfer points between accounts. Points can only be redeemed in the account associated with your historical purchases.
  • How do I redeem Rewards?
    Once you have logged into your online Sweet Rewards Account, you will be able to redeem a Sweet Reward and select the Sweet Reward to redeem. Certain Sweet Rewards are only available for select loyalty statuses.
  • Can I return Sweet Rewards?
    Unfortunately, Sweet Rewards may not be returned or exchanged for Points or cash, for another product, or e-gift cards.
  • Will I earn Points when redeeming my Sweet Rewards?
    You will earn Points on the dollars you spend on product for each purchase. If you redeem a Sweet Reward that does not require you spend dollars then you will not earn Points on that transaction.
  • Are there any limitations to the number of Sweet Rewards that I can redeem?
    You can only redeem one unit of any particular Sweet Reward in a given redemption transaction. In addition, due to inventory limitations, there may be promotions and redemptions options offered where you are not able to redeem more than one (1) of the same type of SKU per year.
  • Can I use my Sweet Rewards in conjunction with promotional discounts?
    A Sweet Reward cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional discounts.
  • Do Points expire?
    We encourage you to redeem your Points often, so that you get to experience the full benefits of the Sweet Rewards Program including product, gifts, and free standard shipping. While your Points will not expire, your Sweet Rewards tier status will. You must spend the minimum amount each year for a tier to remain in that tier and be eligible for the Sweet Rewards offered. 
  • What is the Sweet Flour Referral Program? 
    Sweet Flour offers Sweet Rewards Members the ability to earn Points in their Sweet Rewards Account when they invite friends to place an order with a product value of $35 or more. Sweet Rewards Members can send an invite via email, Facebook share, Tweet, or SMS message  and the invite recipient clicks on the link included in their invite and makes a qualifying purchase with a product value of $35 or more. Once the friend places the order for a product value of $35 or more, the Sweet Rewards Member will receive a confirmation email and Points will be automatically added to their Sweet Rewards Account.
